Dry Fruits laddoo

Ingredients:

cashew - 200g

badam - 200g

pista - 200g

kismis - 200g

seed less dates - 200g

poppy seeds (gasalu)

honey

ghee - 3 to 4 table spoons

Recipe:

1. chop the dates,kismis,cashew,badam,pista into small pieces.

2. Now take kismis cashew badam and pista into a blender

and make it as a coarse powder.

3. Blend the dates separately.Dont blend these dates with

kismis cashew badam and pista.

4. Dry roast some poppy seeds in a fry pan and take them into

a plate.Add some ghee in the same fry pan and first fry the

coarse powder and next add the blended dates and fry that

mixture until u get a nice aroma.

5.Take that mixure in a separate plate.let it cool down for a

few minutes and mould them into a round balls.now slightly

roll those balls in fried poppy seeds and serve them.

Serve the dry fruit ladoo or these can be store in air tight container.
