Bread halwa

Ingredients:
>Bread slices:8-10
>Ghee: 1/2 cup
> Milk: 1 litre
> Sugar: 1/2 cup
> Cashew nuts(kaju): 8 no.
> Raisins(kismis): 6-7 n0.
> Cardamom(elachi): 6-8 no.
Procedure:
1.Cut the bread into small squares. Next Fry the cashew and kismis in ghee at low flame and take them into a separate bowl.
2.Add bread pieces in the same pan and fry them in ghee until they turn into golden brown colour ,and keep them aside.
3.Take milk in a pan and boil it.Now add the fried bread pieces and let it simmer until the bread pieces turn soft in the milk mixture.Let it get cooked for a minute
4.Add sugar and stirr it well. add elachi to it to get a nice flavour.
5.Once the halwa gets into a consistency and ghee starts oozing out from ends and then just mix it a few more times.
6.turn off the flame,garnish halwa with the roasted cashew and kismis.
Bread halwa is ready to serve!!
