"Another classic Andhra preparation. This tastes best with homemade buttermilk, but you can use commercial buttermilk too."

Ingredients:

> 2 cups butter milk

> 1 spoon fenugreek(menthulu)

> 1/2 spoon coriander seeds

> 1/2 spoon mustard

> 1/2 spoon cumin seeds(jeera)

> 4 red chilli

> turmeric powder

> salt(required amount)

>2 table spoons oil

Procedure:

1.Take butter milk in a bowl and keep it aside, next take fenugreek seeds, mustard, coriander seeds and red chilli and dry roast them.

2.Now take them into a jar and blend them well and make it as a fine powder.

3.Add that powder in the butter milk and mix it well without any lumps, and next add turmeric powder and salt and mix the mixture well and keep that aside

4. Heat oil in a fry pan and add cumin seeds and mustard and once they start to splutter add the red chilli and curry leaves into the fry pan, this will give you a nice aroma.

5.Turn off the flame and let it sizzle for a few seconds and add that to the butter milk.
